My name is Janet M. Bates, Owner of Bates Notary Services, LLC.  I have been a Notary for 12 years in the State of Arizona and am a Certified Loan Signing Agent.  I am an active member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and also certified, trained and background screened through the NNA.  Furthermore, I have received additional training as a Certified Loan Signing Agent through the Loan Signing System (LSS). I am bonded and insured carrying $100,000 of E & O Insurance.  I am also a Certified Mortgage Field Service Inspector.


Besides providing outstanding service, my goal is to provide a professional and a positive experience.  I am educated, but, will remain impartial. I understand the importance of efficiency and that time is of the essence.  


I look forward to working with you so that we may all reach our intended goal of providing exceptional service to our clients.


As our main area of service is Maricopa County, if requested, we will extend our services to other counties in Arizona.
